Upon receiving payment, items ordered will be sent via normal airmail.
C-Leaf will ship on Mondays and Thursdays. If a public holiday falls within these days, items will be shipped the next working day
Under normal circumstances, items will arrive between 2 to 4 weeks upon delivery
At peak periods of the year, ie., Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, items will arrive between 3- 5 weeks upon delivery
Orders of $30 and more will be upgraded to registered mail for free.

Exchange, Refund and Return Terms
C-Leaf guarantees the usability and functions of our leaves. However, due to the nature of our products, C-Leaf does not accept exchanges and returns based on broken, holed, torn or damaged leaves. While extra care is taken in wrapping the items into bags and/or boxes, broken, torn, holed decolourized or damaged leaves will be inevitable. However, broken, holed, torn, de-colourized or damaged leaves do not affect the workability and function.
If you wish to purchase with the intent of collecting, or should you want the leaves to be intact when it arrives, kindly request for a stronger packaging to be arranged (Additional charges apply)
Should you not be happy with the performance of our products, simply contact us within 14 days upon arrival, with photo attached and item returned. A refund will be issued once C-Leaf receives the return.
